Already have a ticket? — Find my ticket, linked at the top of every page, lets you look up your passes, transfer one, or start a refund yourself with just your phone number and a one-time code — usually faster than emailing us.

Running an event? — head to Start selling to create an organiser account. Your dashboard opens immediately; we review your business details by hand, usually the same afternoon.

We're based in Islamabad and read every message ourselves — there's no ticket queue or chatbot on the other end.
