TERMS
1. What this is — digitickets.pk is a ticketing platform. We connect event organisers in Pakistan with people buying tickets to their shows, and handle payment collection, wallet passes, and gate scanning on their behalf. We are not the organiser of any event listed here — the organiser named on an event page is who's actually running the show.
2. Buying a ticket — the price shown at checkout is the full price you pay, in rupees, by EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or USDT. There's no separate booking fee added at checkout. Once payment is approved, your ticket is issued immediately to the phone number you checked out with.
3. Proof of admission — your ticket lives as a rotating QR code that refreshes every 30 seconds, available as an Apple or Google Wallet pass or on this site. A screenshot or photo of the code stops being valid within seconds, by design — always present the live pass, not a saved image.
4. Organisers — every organiser is reviewed by hand before their first event can go on sale, and nothing they list is visible to buyers until that review clears. Beyond that review, the organiser is solely responsible for the event itself: its date, venue, lineup, and whether it happens at all.
5. Fees — organisers pay digitickets.pk a 2.5% platform fee per ticket sold, deducted from their payout. This is never added on top of your ticket price — what you see at checkout is what you pay.
6. Payouts — organisers are paid out weekly, every Tuesday, for shows that have already happened.
7. Transfers — if you can't make it, you can transfer an unused ticket to someone else's phone number from your ticket page. Once transferred, it's issued to the new number and you lose access to it.
8. Refunds — covered separately in our Refund Policy, linked from every ticket page and the site footer.
9. Your account — there's no password for buyers. Your phone number is your identity, and we verify it with a one-time code before showing you your tickets, letting you transfer one, or processing a refund.
10. Acceptable use — don't attempt to defeat or circumvent the rotating QR code, resell a ticket outside digitickets.pk in a way that separates it from the original buyer's phone number, or use the platform for fraud. We can suspend an account or void a ticket obtained through fraud or abuse.
11. Liability — digitickets.pk facilitates ticket sales and admission; we don't run, produce, or guarantee the quality of any event. If an organiser cancels, postpones, or materially changes an event, our involvement is limited to the refund handling described in our Refund Policy.
12. Changes — we may update these terms as the platform changes. Continuing to use digitickets.pk after an update means you accept the current version.
