REFUND POLICY
1. Self-service, while your ticket is unused — as long as your ticket hasn't been scanned at the gate, you can request a refund yourself from your ticket page, no need to contact the organiser or us. We verify it's really you with a one-time code sent to the phone number the ticket is under.
2. Full amount — a refund returns the full price you paid for that ticket. If you bought several tickets in one order, you can refund them individually — refunding one doesn't cancel the others.
3. Once it's scanned, it's final — a ticket that's already been used to enter the venue can't be refunded. This is also true if someone else scans it first, which is exactly why we tell you never to share your live QR code or a screenshot of it with anyone you haven't transferred the ticket to.
4. How you get your money back — refunds go back to the payment method you originally paid with (your EasyPaisa or JazzCash account, or the USDT address you paid from). Timing depends on that payment method; we release the refund on our end immediately.
5. If an event is cancelled — you're entitled to a full refund on any ticket you haven't used, whether or not you request it yourself. If an organiser cancels or is unable to hold an event, we'll work with them to get every valid ticket-holder refunded.
6. If an event is postponed — your existing ticket carries over to the new date automatically. If the new date doesn't work for you, you can refund it under the same terms as above, as long as it's still unused.
7. Rather transfer than refund? — if your plans changed but someone else can go, transferring the ticket to their phone number is faster than a refund and lets them keep the seat.
8. Need help? — if a refund doesn't go through, or your situation doesn't fit the above, email support@digitickets.pk with your ticket ID and phone number and we'll sort it out by hand.
